by the way, oasis have taken over 6music today, we'd even be able to understand what noel was saying if there wasn't a BEEP every 3 seconds.

when cooking grilled fish or any fish that asks for a butter sauce, may i suggest using a garlic chilli butter instead of the normal melted butter, this can be achieved quite easily by blitzing some butter with garlic, chilli, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor, a bit of parsley at the end gives it a nice colour. this butter will keep well in the fridge to be used again and again.

mate i really should, tonight as part of my 'say yes to food, no to boredom!' campaign, the following were made, a leek, brocolli, basil & stilton soup, which is a perfect warmer. followed by an apple & pear crumble! all of them homemade, anyone looking for these original recipes (yes kids! u can only find them here!)

p.s. i'm told selfridges (the famous london department store, is selling things suchs as jammed worm, fried scorpion, poached lizard...

u know, a couple of friends o'mine have been thinking of doing a "videoblog" where they'll publish "videos" (duh!) of recipes "in-the-making". maybe you should join them...just like a tv show!
